DELIVERY & RETURNS
Our delivery time frames vary depending on the item, most of our items are made-to-order; all delivery times are provided on the individual product page and delivery costs are provided at checkout.
All of our items are either delivered fully assembled or require minimal assembly.
If for any reason the driver has to enter your home we are not liable for any damages caused to your property.
Generally the driver will be happy to assist getting the item into your home, unless it proves a risk to his health or your property.
All deliveries are at the driver’s discretion.
Delivery costs vary depending on the item, all delivery charges are shown at checkout.
How We Deliver
Depending on the item, we use a range of delivery companies including but not limited to DHL, ParcelForce, Hermes and Royal Mail.
We offer weekday deliveries between 09:00 - 17:00 but weekend and evening deliveries can be arranged.
All our industrial-style products are made to order and involve significant transport costs. We are not able to offer refunds if you change your mind or order incorrectly. If there is a fault in the workmanship, we will endeavour to fix the fault or provide an exchange or refund.
For all our Retrostar chairs, Supernova chairs and other products made by Sternzeit Design; all of these items are made-to-order so we cannot accept refunds unless the item is damaged or faulty. Any damage or faults would need to be made clear to us within 2 days of receiving the order.
For our non-industrial-style products, such as, lighting, rugs, vases and planters and some dining chairs, we are able to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days.
